• We charge one flat rate shipping fee for all locations, whether you're in Australia or Alaska! This flat rate also remains fixed no matter how many items you order. 

  • We will put your items in the post within 2 working days of receiving your order

  • Depending on your location, shipping time is estimated between 5-10 days, some remote locations may take a little longer, up to 14 days (please click here to view a list of DHL's remote locations)

  • We use a shipping service that provides a tracking code, you will be sent this tracking code in your order confirmation so that you can keep an eye on your delivery progress


  • We do not offer refunds if you change your mind

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for swimwear items, unless they are faulty or have been sent to you in error.

  • Items returned should be in original packaging, unworn, with crotch liner in place and with all tags attached.

  • If you would like to discuss a refund or exchange for a faulty item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order and send us a photo of the fault
